Skidmore Gallopade in the Newmarket Handicap. Ammon Ra, with M. M'Carten up, worked serviceably to-day. He looks well. Cape Royal and Rulanut covered seven furlongs on the outside in evens. Gesto went seven furlongs -in Imin 41sec, while Ormolu took 39sec to cover three furlongs. Hazelwood and Dungannon did 11 furlongs in 2min 33sec.
