HUNTER WILL CASE
ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATE FURTHER LITIGATION. (Pee United Pbesß Association.) WELLINGTON, February 24. Adjourning the Hunter estate case in the Supreme Court to-day, the Chief Justice (Mr Justice Myers) said he would give counsel a special appointment some time next week, when what transpired as the result of the Public Trustee’s proposals would be known. Then, if necessary, he would want to hear what leading counsel for Lady Hunter had to say on the question of jurisdiction, and, if necessary, he would also want to hear what -Cyril Hunter’s proposals were.
