WORLD EQUALISATION INEFFECTIVE RESOLUTIONS. SYDNEY, February 13. Speaking at the Millions Club, Mr Albert Spencer (New Zealand delegate to the International Labour Conference at Geneva) said: “In my opinion nothing much can come of the resolutions passed at the conference. It was an impossible problem to equalise the labour conditions throughout the world. Behind the sconces at the conference there were much intrigue and a great deal of wirepulling.”
