Ho was able to walk up the gangway, and he chatted with friends. His recovery is considered marvellous and it is hoped it will eventually be complete. BERLIN, February 14. (Received Feb. 15, at 1 a.m.) Colonel Nobile, commander of the 1928 airship Italia, returning home from Moscow, announced that he is going to Russia in the spring, where he has been appointed chief constructor of Soviet dirigibles. He will join the Soviet air expedition to Nicholas II Land in tfie summer.
