TRADE AGREEMENT

THE HONOLULU DISCUSSIONS NO STATEMENT ISSUED. HONOLULU, December 29. (Received Dec. 30, at 10 pan.) The Canadian and New Zealand delegations on Tuesday continued the formal discussions which were begun on Monday in an effort to reach a preferential trade agreement between the two Dominions, but no statement has been made. Mr W. Downie Stewart and Mr H. H. Stevens on Tuesday visited the Governor. Mr Stewart has booked his passage home by the Niagara for January 13.
