OPENING OF PARLIAMENT PUBLIC MORE INTERESTED IN BULL FIGHT. 1 MADRID, July 13. (Received July 13, at 7 p.m.) The first Parliament since 1924 will be opened to-morrow, but the Spaniards are more interested in carrying the bullfighters, Palmeno and Radio, shoulder high four miles to the bull ring in the centre of the town.
