ALLEGED BREACHES OF DELHI PACT
GOVERNMENT REFUSES INQUIRY,
CALCUTTA, July 12,
The Government has refused Mr Gandhi’s request for an arbitration board to inquire into the alleged breaches oT the Delhi pact. Mr Gandhi is seeking another interview with the Viceroy (Lord Willingdon), and if successful-he will definitely attend the Round Table Conference.
