QUARANTINE REGULATIONS
NEW ZEALAND SYSTEM DISCUSSED. (Per United Press Association.) ; WELLINGTON, June 16. The Board of Health again .discussed the question of the quarantine system in New Zealand, and after consideration of a report presented Dr Watt, Directorgeneral iof Health 1 , unanimously passed the following resolution: —“The Board of Health is of the opinion'that the adoption of the English system of quarantine in New Zealand would give at least as much protection as that at present in force, while it would enable a considerable saving to be effected in administrative costs, and would involve less interference with shipping and the convenience of the travelling public.”
