GRAF ZEPPELIN
ARRIVAL IN EGYPT AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegrapli—Copyright.) CAIRO, April 10. The Graf Zeppelin arrived 13 hours ahead of schedule. The airship commander was informed by wireless that the preparations for landing had not been completed. He replied that he would employ the interval in voyaging to Upper Egypt, returning to-morrow. CAIRO, April 11. {Received April 12, at 7.50 p.m.) There was a unique scene on the arrival of the Graf Zeppelin, when _ 150 British Air Force men and 250 British soldiers held the mooring ropes. Meanwhile an excited mob broke the police cordon, necessitating the use of fire hoses to clear a space. The crowd gave a great ovation to the commander, who, in recognition of the Royal Air Force help, invited Flight-lieutenant Luck to travel in the Zeppelin to Berlin. AIRSHIP OVER JERUSALEM. JERUSALEM, April 11. (Received April 12, at 7.50 p.m.) The Graf Zeppelin circled over the city for an hour, and the populace was very excited. The airship has now gone to Jericho.
