LUMBER PULPWOOD
RUSSIAN EXPORTS. BARRED IN UNITED STATES. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, February 10. Lumber pulpwood from four localities in Russia is barred from the United States by the Treasury unless shippers can prove that it is not produced by convict labour.
