OPENING OF CAMPAIGN. TREMENDOUS EXCITEMENT. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) MADRID, February 10. (Received Feb. 11, at 1.30 a.m.) There is tremendous excitement over the elections, and the first uncensored newspapers issued have practically all contained attacks on the Government for the suspension of liberty.
