RETAILERS’ ASSOCIATION. . retailers of Alexandra held a meeting on Monday evening with the object of terming an association to guard their interests, The meeting was well attended, and it was decided to form an association. Mr Robert Hewitt was appointed chairman and Mr William Hewitt secretary. It was decided to hold another meeting at an early date, when a general i committee will .he formed and the rules and objects of the association will bo drawn up. PERSONAL. Mr W. A.
