(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY, December 18. (Received Dec. 19, at 5.5 p.m.) In the House of Commons Dr Addison (Minister of, Agriculture) introduced a Bill to enable schemes to be made for regulating the marketing of agricultural products.

According to the Ministry of Labour the average level of retail prices in Great Britain this month is 65 per cent, above the level of July, 1913, but 12 per cent, lower than a year ago.
