LONDON NAVAL PACT
BRITAIN’S ALLOTMENTS. NAVY STAFF’S PROGRAMME. (British Official Wireless.) (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY, August 10. (Received August 11, at 5.5 p.m.) To remedy the deficiencies uuder the London Pact, the navy staff has presented a programme, including four cruisers of 8600 tons each, armed with 6in guns, one aeroplane carrier of 12,000 tons, and an additional 16 aviation corps. The expenditure involved will be £50,000,000.
