Delegates interviewed the Assistant Director of Educa£i fc " d “ ™ f “ u r ~ Among other questions discussed was that of leaving certificates, which was referred to the executive to deal with and to make representations with a view to helping the department in finding a solution to the' problems at present surrounding the award of these certificates. The following officers were elected for the ensuing three years:—President, the Rev. H. K. Archdall, Auckland; vice-pre-sident, Father*Gilbert, Christchurch: secretary and treasurer, Mr Noel Gibson, Auckland; executive—Miss M'Coll fMarton), Miss Sandford (Auckland), the Rev C. F. Pearce (Wanganui), Brother Benignus (Auckland). Mr Loton (Te Aute) Mr A K. Anderson (Christchurch. The Rev. E. C. Crosse (Christchurch) and Brother Benignus were appointed to represent the association on the University Entrance Board in accordance with the representation on that body giver the association under the University Amendment Act of 192 D.
