STAFF APPOINTMENTS. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. March 6. The Gazette issued to-night notifies that Captain S. F. Allen, of the New Zealand Staff Corps, having returned from England, is now attached to the General Staff at General Headquarters for signal duties. Lieutenant H. G. Wooler, of the New Zealand Staff Corps, is appointed assistant area officer in Area 102, Christchurch.
