WAIAPU RACING CLUB. KATHELMA WINS COUNTY I HANDICAP, (Per United Press Association.) GTSBORNE, February 27. The Waiapu annual races were held at Ruatotia in fine weather, hut heavy rain previously made the course heavy The totalisator handled £7175, against’ £8964 for last year, a decrease of £1789.
