Fat Sheep.—A yarding of 1777 was penned, the entry consisting of a very limited number of extra prime wethers and a large proportion of freezing ewes and wethers, heavy ewes and medium wethers. The market opened firm for all freezing sheep, and this feature was maintained throughout the sale. Heavy wethers can be quoted as bringing up to 2s more than last week, while medium wethers were Is in advance. Heavy ewes were _ easier by up to 2s, and while an erratic sale resulted for ewes, good mediums can be quoted as being from Is to 2s easier.
