PRINCESS IN MONACO

MATRIMONIAL TROUBLES. SEEKING ,A SEPARATION. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) MONTE CARLO, February 23. (Received Feb. 24, at 8 p.m.) The royal heads of Monaco are again in difficulties, and it is announced that the hereditary Princess Charlotte has determined to obtain a separation from Prince Pierre, who has again quitted Monaco, leaving two children in the custody of the Duchess of Vendome at Cannes. Princess Charlotte returned here, but the chamberlain and the ladies-in-waiting, not desiring to be mixed up in the intrigue, resigned. It is reported that the Prince is also moving for a separation and custody of the children. These matrimonial troubles coincide with a renewal of the dissensions in the principality. Prince Luis, the present ruler, has dissolved the National Council, and elections will take place on March 9.
