BROKEN BY ITALIAN PILOT.

(Received Feb. 23, at 5.5 p.m.) It is officially announced that Signor Donati, in a Fiat touring aeroplane, boat the world’s altitude record, attaining 22,250 feet compared with 19,862 feet by Captain de Haviland (Britain) in a Moth.
