What would you do if President Hindenhurg died? , I will tell you—the people would recall their Kaiser 1” - This was the observation of the ex-Kaiser to a Gei’man officer who was visiting him at Doom, according to a local newspaper. The officer respectfully suggested that the ground must first be prepared, but Wilhelm rejoined, “ That is already done.”
