BATHING GIRLS FILMED
AN OLD LADY OBJECTS. - PROTESTS TO MAGISTRATE. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, January 19. “I do not approve of this nakedness. Here I am and here I shall stay,” declared a frail old woman carrying an enormous umbrella, who. planted herself among a laughing group of bathing girls being-filmed at Torquay. When it was pointed out that she was spoiling the film she replied; “ That is just what I intended to do.” She refused to budge until the girls left the beach, whereupon she "went off to lodge. a protest with the magistrates, one of whom is her brother.
