LEGISLATION IN DUBLIN. , (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, January 2. The Dublin correspondent of the Times states that the first step towards the establishment of a German legation in Dublin was taken when Dr George Von Dehn, Consul-General, presented his credentials as Charge d’Affaires, and expressed the hope that it was the beginning of direct diplomatic relations, and would lead to closer trade and cultural relations between Germany and Ireland.
