CONFERENCE ON OPERATION. A UNANIMOUS REPORT. (British Official Wireless.) (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph-Copyright.) RUGBY, December 4. The conference on the operation of dominion legislation- and merchant shipping legislation was concluded to-day. A unanimous report has been made, and in accordance with the terms of reference it has been submitted tr the respective Governments. The publication of this report must be deferred until every Government has had a good opportunity of considering it.
