CONFERENCE IN JAPAN, MEMBERS ENTERTAINED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) TOKIO, November 14. (Received Nov. 14, at 10 p.m.) Members of the Pacific' Relations Conference arrived at Tokio on Monday, and were entertained by Baron Mitsui at a garden party. After luncheon, with Viscount Shibusawa, they attended an Imperial chrysanthemum party, where 9000 guests greeted the Emperor. In the evening the Japan-British Society gave a dinner party, which was attended by many members of the Japanese nobilitv.
