RHINELAND EVACUATION
FORCES IN THIRD ZONE. FRENCH ORDER CANCELLED. (United Press' Association.) ■ (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) BERLIN, November 7. ' ' Vorwaerts reports the cancellation of the evacuation orders of a French regiment stationed at Krehznach, in the third zone. The paper is of opinion that the. War Minister (M, Maginot) is responsible, and states that it was always his view that the third zone should not be evacuated till the Young Plan was operating.
