THE AUSTRALIAN FLYERS. PLANE TO BE DISMANTLED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) MELBOURNE, June 13. Sir Keith Smith states that FlightLieutenant , Moir and Flying-Officer Owen’s Vickers-Vellore aeroplane will be dismantled at Cape Don and shipped back to the makers. No attempt will be made to reconstruct it.
FLIGHT BY THE CANBERRA. SYDNEY, June 13. (Received June 13, at 9 p.m.) The Minister of Home Affairs (Mr Abbott) has begun a flight to the Northern Territory and Central Australia in the air liner Canberra. There are six other passengers, and Pilot Holden is in charge.
