PRICES TUMBLE AGAIN. SENATE REJECTS RELIEF BILL. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) NEW YORK, June 12. A Chicago message states that the Senate’s failure to accept the Farm Relief Bill, which was passed by the House of Representatives, removed the main prop from the wheal market and sent prices tumbling at the opening, but the reports that the advocates of the debentures clause would work for its inclusion in the Tariff Bill and permit the farm legis lation to go through unhindered, restored more confidence later.
