AUCKLAND, 1 February 15. • The case concerning the demonstration made against Constable Collins at St. Heuer s Bay on New Year’s Eve was concluded at the Police Court late this afternoon. Alexander Black, was fined *3 and costs and John Black and J. Thompson each £2 and costs for ; disorderly behaviour. The charges against the other five men were dismissed. _ BLENHEIM, February 15, • Major Cowper, flying from Auckland in the Aero Club’s first Moth,'arrived at Blenheim ■ at 12.30' p.m, • with Captain White, of the Hawke’s Bay Aero Club, as a passenger. They, left this afternoon for Hawera en route to Auckland.
