Bright colours for domestic articles arc not to be confined - to pots, pans, gas stoves, and so on. Colours arc to be seen in the cellar, for an American coal company has devised a means of dyeing its best anthracite a bright blue. It is possible that the world may soon enter an era when rainbow-tinted or otherwise trade-marked coals will indicate to the purchaser the quality of the fuel he buys.
