Coates) to-day to represent their opposition to the decision arrived at on Saturday by the Executive Council to reprieve Alan George Norgrove (the murderer of his deceased brother’s widow). Perry Paris said: ‘‘We should all bo grateful for Cabinet’s act of mercy.
