BROWN CUP RACE. The annual race for the Brown Cupsail fg boats, 12ft 6in and »o<kr-j-waß he'd on Saturday afternoon in a light and Hrkv breeze-from the south-east, giving the boats a lead over practically the whole Snath of the course. Four competitors Parted-Colleen (holder). Harlequin, La" and Rowena. Starting from Dublin Bay, the boats rounded a buoy off Rayifbird's, and then followed a channe four to round a buoy °ff;Uol™wood and thence back to the atartina line. Colleen was first across the line, ' bv Lassie. Harlequin, and Rowena Colleen led throughout the course, gradual!* draw in* away from Harlequin, and Lass.e, Ihidi sailed in that order after ronndinß.
