(Press Association— By Telegraph—Copyngnt ( NEW YORK, February 19 (Received Feb. 20, at 7.5 p.m.) At Daytona Beach, Florida, Captain Campbell established a new world’s speed record, driving a Bluebird 206.95 miles iii an hour, assisted by a strong wind. TERRIFIC SPEED ATTAINED. NEW YORK, February lit. (Received Feb. 20, at 9.30 p.m.) Malcolm Campbell’s actual average in the Napier Bluebird Special was 200.95002 miles au hour. The first mile took 16.7Gsec, or at the rate of 214 mile's an hour, and the second mile, against the wind, IS.oscc, or at the rate of 199.6(5722 miles an hour.
