AMERICAN FOREIGN POLICY. A CAUSTIC ATTACK. (FreM Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) NEW YORK, February 17. (Received Feb. 19, at 5.5 p.in.) Speaking at Durham, North Carolina, Mr Josephus Daniels, former Secretary of the Navy, said : “ The United States to-day has no foreign policy not directed by the dollar. It leaves the Armenians to their fate, o r it sends marines to crush liberty, and repudiates the pledge of freedom for the Filipinos. Christian bodies have no influence on the American public.”
