The Daily Mail’s Riga correspondent states: “The Soviet Women,” a new Bolshevist publication which is subscribed to by the Commissariat of Education to increase culture among Soviet women, -e----ports that a meeting of the Moscow Teachers’ Union decided that children should not be allowed to play with dolls, as a doll represented a bourgeoise idea of family life, developed love of household duties, and awakened the love of motherhood. —Sydney Sun Cable.
