LONDON, February 1. • The Oslo correspondent of The Times states that in Parliament Mr Homsrud read a manifesto outlining the Government’s policy, which includes stricter taxation and the cancellation of the 1928 manoeuvres as a first step towards disarmament. The manifesto is severely criticised, .and a short life for the Government is anticipated.—The Times.
