RECORD PRICES FOR BROOD MARES. (Peb United Pbess Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, January 27. The dispersal sale of the well-xnown Kinloch etud at Little River was held to-day, and attracted a large gathering of breeders and racing men, including visitors from Australia and the North Island. Record prices for brood mares were made by two English mares, purchased by the late Mr Buchanan whilst in England four years ago. Following were among the best prices:— .. , ..
