DETAILS OP EXPENDITURE. (Press Association—By Telegraph—-Copyright.) BERLIN, December 12. (Received Dec. 13, at 9 p.m.) The Reich Budget is estimated to balance at' £467,800,000 sterling. The expenditure includes £61,370,000 for reparations, £16,300,000 for the army, £8,380,000 for the navy, of which £410,000 is the first instalment for a battleship costing £4,000,000.—A. and N.Z.
