FIRE IN WEST INDIES
HUNDREDS OF NATIVES HOMELESS. (Freui Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) OTTAWA, May 16. Fire wiped out the business section of Castries, a British coaling station, and the chief town of St. Lucia.
