BRITAIN AND THE DOMINIONS. NEW CHANNEL OF COMMUNICATION. (Fresa Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, May 16. In the House of Commons Mr L. S. Amery (Secretary of State for the Dominions), replying to a question, said that official communications between South Africa and Britain would be made from July 1 through officials instead of through the Governor-General. On the same date also Canada would adopt this change. The Imperial Conference’s decisions had been operating in the Free State since May I.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
