DRUNKEN LABOURER’S ACT. FINE OF £3 IMPOSED. (Special to Daily Times.) CHRISTCHURCH, January 24. Alick Handford, a labourer employed at thf Roman Catholic Presbytery at Rangiora, went on a drinking bout while the priests were away. The Rev. Father o‘Doherty returned yesterday afternoon and told Handford that he would have to feavo.
