Another memorable programme was witnessedat the tepid baths to-night, when the New Zealand swimming championships were continued in the presence of a very largo attendance. The swimming was again of an exceptionally high standard, two more records being established. L*. Bridson, in the intermediate boys quarter mile event, swam the distance in 58 3-ssec, thus lowering his owr record ot 6min 47sec, and Leslie Olds lowered the T 5 yards intermediate boys’ breast stroke record by 3sec. to 62 3-ssec.
