A DIFFERENT REPORT. FERDINAND EXTREMELY ILL. LONDON, December G. (Received Dec. 6, at 9 p.m.) The Bucharest correspondent of the Daily Express says that the King appears to be extremely ill and emaciated owing to his sufferings from cancer and phlebitis. As he saluted and kissed the Queen she burst into tears. The Queen’s wish to be appointed Regent immediately is likely to meet with many constitutional and legal difficulties.
