MARLBOROUGH ANNUAL MEETING. (Peh United Press Association.) BLENHEIM. December 4. The Marlborough Motor Cycle Club’s annual race meeting was held at Watorloa this afternoon in fine weather. The course was in excellent order. Results: South Island Middleweight Championship. Ten miles—A. Lemmon (Napier), Harley, 1; N. Webbey (Marlborough), 3£ Norton, 2; Hore (Christchurch), 3j A.J.S., 5. Won from end to end. Time 9min 20 3-ssoc. Nelson-Marlborough Cup. Eight miles.. —C. Elliott (Nelson), 2J New Imperial, 1; A. Orchard (Marlborough) 8 "An/.ani, 2; P. Hillman (Marlborough) 3g A.J.S., 3. Eleven starters Won by a good margin. Time, 8 min 8 4-ssoc. Blenheim Lightweight. Five miles.—-J. Chapman (Nelson), 2? A.J.S., 1: J Fynemore (Nelson), H New Imperial, 2; A. Lemon, 21 Harley, 3. Ten started. Won easily. Time, 6min 35 2-sscc. Marlborough Cup. Eight miles.—H. Collier (Marlborough). 2 Dunelt, 1; J. MTnncs (Nelson), 2J 8.5. A.. 2; P. Hillman (Marlborough), 2f A.J.S.. 3. Eleven started._ including H. Mangham, who was credited unofficially with going a milo in 50sec. Won easily. Time. _Bmin 48sec. Brooklands Handicap. Five miles.—D. Shaw (Christchurch), 22 Royal Enfield, 1; 11. Morgan (Grcytown), 2? Harley, 2; P Hillman, 3j A.J.S., 3. Thirteen started. Won by two yards.
