THE COLUMBIA SAFE.

ARRIVAL OFT AUCKLAND. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, September 27. After a three weeks’ voyage from Napier, the American four-masted schooner Coluni bia arrived off Tiri this morning. At midday she was about 18 miles north-east from the island. She is not expected to make port until late to-night or early to-morrow. The schooner, which discharged a full cargo of American timber at Napier, sailed from that port on September 7, bound for Auckland, and a week later was sighted by the Wainui in the Bay of Plenty. Later the schooner, which was in light trim, was blown well out to sea, and was not again reported until her arrival off Tiri this morning.
