ABOUTION OF COLLARS
MOVEMENT IN FRANCK. LONDON. September !2. It is reported from Paris that an association has been formed to fight for the suppression of collars. The organisation is under the leadership of nrominent musical, theatrical, and journalistic personalities. It is claimed that if the collar were banished France would save 3,000,000,000 francs a year.
