BAZAAR AT GREEN ISLAND.

The Foresters’ bazaar, opened at Green Island on Wednasday, was continued laet evening, and was favoured with another good attendance. The following were successful in the various competitions:—Best fruit cake, S. A. Thomson; box of chocolates. Mies Muriel Hill; lib box of chocolates, Mrs E. MTnnes; fancy box of chocolates, D. Zaffer; doll, Miss Isabella Robson; cigarette box, E. Hoffman; box chocolates, R. Fraser; bag of cakes. Miss Eva Green; tin of ox tongues— D. Adams 1, G. Burgess 2, F. Wright 3; dressed doll, Miss X. Miller; leg of mutton, D. G. Stewart. The amount realised on Wednesday night was £75, and good business was done again last night. The function will be concluded this evening.
