At a meeting cf the tramwaymen today, upon the ■'ssurance of their executive that the Arbitration Court had nower to deal with the matter in dispute, it was decided to declare the regulation strike off,' and the normal running of the cars was resumed. The dispute will now be dealt with by the Arbitration Court. SALVAGE OF SUGAR. BRISBANE, April 14. The chairman of the Sugar Beard states that about 3000 tons of raw sugar were recovered by salvage operations in connection with the recent Adelaide fire. Altogether 13,500 tons of raw sugar were destroyed, consequently this quantity, which was intended for export, would be diverted to the Australian refiners.
