NEW KIND OF DAIRY PRODUCE.
There are two well-known kinds of dairy produce for which New Zealand is famous, but another product which might well bo called dairy produce, too, as it comes from cows and cattle, is Margarine. Margarine is made from almost the same constituents as butter. It is extracted from beef fats, and is treated by scientific and hvgienic methods, so as to render it suitable for use in the kitchen. Margarine can bo successfully used for all cooking requirements. It is very low in cost, yet absolutely pure and wholesome.
