COLONEL MITCHELL TO BE COURT MARTIALLED. Association—By Tetlegraph—CopyrgrSt WASHINGTON, October 20. (Received Oct. 21, at 5.5 p.m.) Colonel Mitchell will be court inartialled on October 28 for insubordination in criticising the War Department’s aviation policies and for conduct in violation of good order and discipline. Thirteen high officers of the army who are not aviators will constitute the court. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
